The ARC Group’s Appraisal Division has a designated MAI appraiser, as well as two state certified general appraisers. The appraisal professionals in The ARC Group have obtained licenses in Kentucky and Indiana, which allow them to service numerous clients in a wide variety of locations and demographics. Extensive experience in the valuation of commercial and residential real estate allows the professionals in The ARC Group to provide credible valuations for numerous property types. Commercial appraisals range from retail to office to industrial and also include special use properties, vacant land, apartments, and institutional properties. Services provided by The ARC Group’s Appraisal Division include commercial appraisal reports, residential appraisal reports, and construction draws.
The ARC Group’s Realty Division has experience in listing and selling all types of commercial and residential real estate. The professionals in the Realty Division can handle properties throughout the entire state of Kentucky. Through an affinity relationship with Touchstone Development the Realty Division can also handle land development and construction projects ranging from residential housing to commercial properties. The professionals in The ARC Group’s Realty Division have experience in lease negotiations from a commercial and residential standpoint. This experience has been representing not only the landlord but the tenant as well.
The ARC Group’s Consulting Division was established to provide guidance to clients regarding a wide variety of real estate issues. Major areas of focus for this division from an appraisal related standpoint are market studies, feasibility studies and rent studies. These studies utilize the knowledge obtained from years of appraisal experience to provide a credible solution to the client. Other areas of focus for this division are working directly with financial institutions regarding pricing for properties in foreclosure or properties with the potential of foreclosure. The ARC Group’s Consulting Division can also provide guidance and assistance to tenants and owner occupants regarding new development. The ARC Group’s affinity relationship with Touchstone Development allows them access to engineers and architects that can perform surveys, site plans, architectural drawings, and tenant space plans. This relationship allows The ARC Group to be a turnkey operation, which leads to a much more streamlined experience for the client.
